Terms and Conditions

Program Overview

The BLS Accelerator Program is a 12-week , implementation-based, structured legal support program designed to help startup founders, business owners, and entrepreneurs establish a strong legal foundation for their business.

By enrolling in this program, participants agree to comply with the following terms.

Payment Terms

All payments must be made to the designated BLS bank account and not to any other person’s account.
Participants must complete full payment before the program start date.
No refunds will be issued after payment confirmation except in exceptional cases subject to management review.

Program Deliverables

The program offers two payment plans with the following deliverables:

Premium Plan – ₦650,000

Access to Self-Paced Pre-Recorded Courses
Seven (7) Expert Sessions (Live Q&A)
Legal Office Hours (One-on-One Virtual Support)
Company Registration
Tax Registration
Review of Three (3) Existing Legal Documents
Creation of Four (4) Bespoke Contracts/Agreements
Fifteen (15) Essential Legal Document Bundle
One New Trademark Registration (Acknowledgment Letter & Publication Stage only)
Legal Needs Assessment Session
Access to 3 Months of Legal Support
Certificate of Business Legal Structure upon Completion

Standard Plan – ₦450,000

Use of Deliverables

All deliverables must be utilized before the program ends.
Unused deliverables will not be carried forward after program completion.

Trademark Registration Terms

Trademark registration under the program covers only the acknowledgment letter and publication stage.
Participants acknowledge that they must make additional payments for trademark certificates as required.

Communication Guidelines

All communication must take place during official working hours.
Responses to inquiries will be provided within standard business hours.

Code of Conduct

Participants must engage respectfully with faculty and peers.
Disruptive behavior, harassment, or misconduct will result in removal from the program without a refund.

Limitation of Liability

BLS Accelerator provides legal and business education but does not constitute formal legal representation. Participants are encouraged to seek independent legal advice as needed.

Dispute Resolution

In the case of any disputes, the disputes shall be resolved by amicable settlements within 30 days from when the dispute arose.

Modifications and Termination

BLS Accelerator reserves the right to modify the program structure, schedule, or terms at any time without prior notice; however, such modifications shall be duly communicated.
